Each BuiltDiff timepiece is truly one-of-a-kind. You decide the style, materials, colours, and even the logo. Whether you design your own custom build or choose from our curated pre-designed options, we ensure you receive a piece that’s unmistakably yours.
How do I customise my watch?
Our interactive configurator allows you to design your watch in real time. Adjust every detail to your preference and see your vision take shape instantly.
What customisation options do you offer?
Nearly every element can be personalised — from complications, case, strap, and hands, to the dial design, case back, and even the rotor on automatic builds. The possibilities are extensive, so you can create a watch that reflects your personality.
Can I create a fully unique design?
Yes. For bespoke projects with premium or exotic materials not listed on our site, please contact us directly at dion@builtdifftimepieces.com or via direct message on Instagram.
Orders & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my watch?
Our pieces are crafted to order. You can expect delivery within 3–4 weeks from the time your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your watch has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Enter it in our [Order Tracker] to follow your piece’s journey.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We proudly ship worldwide so your custom watch can reach you wherever you are.

Refunds & Warranty
Can I get a refund or exchange?
Because each timepiece is made to your exact specifications, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to take your time in designing your piece. However, every watch is covered by a 1-year functional warranty for complete peace of mind.

Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my watch?
Basic care will ensure your timepiece lasts for years:

Wipe regularly with a soft cloth to remove dust and oils.
