Do you offer fully bespoke builds?
Yes. If you want exotic materials, custom engraving, or dial art not listed online — message us directly or submit a custom request.

We’ll walk you through every option and help you pick what’s right for your style, lifestyle, and budget.
How to Order
Every build follows the same simple steps:
1️⃣ Submit Your Request
Use our configurator or contact form to send your idea.
2️⃣ Design Call & Approval
We refine your vision and confirm every detail before production.
3️⃣ Payment
• Signature builds — paid in full at checkout
• Bespoke builds — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
4️⃣ Build + Updates
We hand-assemble your watch and send updates along the way.
5️⃣ Delivery
Once it passes all final checks, your watch ships — or is delivered in person in Adelaide with perfect wrist sizing.
Delivery & Packaging
How long does it take?
Each watch is crafted to order.
Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks after payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Your custom piece can reach you anywhere in the world.
How is my watch packaged?
Every timepiece comes in a premium leather case + presentation box, complete with:
- Warranty card
- “How to use” and care instructions
It’s ready to wear or ready to gift.
Warranty & Servicing
Are refunds or exchanges available?
Because each watch is custom-built, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
But your peace of mind is guaranteed.
What does the warranty cover?
All watches include a 1-year functional warranty, covering:
- Movement issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Dial and hand defects
If there’s ever a problem — we’ll take care of it.
Do you offer servicing after the warranty?
Yes. We continue to support you long-term with affordable servicing and parts replacement.
Care & Maintenance
You’ll receive a care guide, but here are the basics:
- Wipe regularly with a soft cloth
- Avoid strong magnets and extreme heat
- Keep leather straps dry
- Rinse rubber/steel after swimming
- Service mechanical movements every 3–5 years
